To say I have a restricted diet is an understatement. I realize there are people who choose to eat in more strict ways. There are people who want to, people who need to, and people who are trying to. Wherever you fall, your question is the same. What do I eat??
Here are some of my favorite snacks right now. Mostly because they're quick to prepare, the ingredients are cheap, they taste great, and they're super fun to eat. They are all gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and have no refined sugar.
